Privately Printed. Undated, but apparently 1944. Duodecimo, booklet in gray wrappers. [iv] + 4pp. Light rusting around staples, else tight and Vg+. According to the publishers note, this short article was written by Tarkington as an appeal to the councilmen of Indianapolis. This example of Tarkingtons work is very rare.
