1 Yeats, W B. A Vision.
London: Macmillan and Co. 1937 
The revised and amplified edition, following that first published in 1925. Octavo, black cloth spine and black cloth with repeated pattern in gilt. Gilt titling to spine. Preliminaries are lightly foxed and there is a discreet ink stamp to the front endpaper, else Vg in dustwrapper that is lightly soiled with a few small chips.

2 Yeats, W B. Autobiographies: Reveries Over Childhood and Youth, and The Trembling of the Veil.
New York. Macmillan. 1927 Limited/Numbered Boards Signed by Author
Duodecimo (8in x 5.5in) green cloth spine and brown boards with title labels to spine and top board. [viii], 477pp. A limited edition of 250 copies of which this copy is numbered 73 and is signed by the author. Bump (indentation) to top edge of upper board. Name to endpaper. Boards and spine lightly rubbed to edges. Spine label is darkened. Else an attractive copy in Vg condition. These two works were originally published in 1914 and 1922 respectively during his enthusiasm for the Theosophical Society, the Rosicrucian Society and the Golden Dawn. He was Nobel Laureate for 1923. One of the most important voices in the revival of Irish literature, signed works by Yeats are now difficult to find.

First edition of Yeats second book. Crown octavo, black cloth. Bumped spine which is also rubbed and torn across title label. 326pp. Publishers advertisements uncut to top edge.

New York. Macmillan. 1924 Limited/Numbered Boards 
Duodecimo (8in x 5.5in) green cloth spine and brown boards with title labels to spine and top board. vii, [iii], 455pp. A limited edition of 250 copies, of which this copy is numbered 81 and is signed by the author. Spine label is darkened and cloth to spine is also darkened a shade. Bookplates to pastedown and endpaper. Shadow to recto of endpaper and verso of first blank from past used on the bookplate to the endpaper. Most pages are uncut making this an unread copy. Overall a clean and attractive copy in vg condition in the publishers slipcase. Slipcase is somewhat worn and has a split to the top panel, but also has the publishers title label affixed with limitation and copy number. Yeats was Nobel Laureate for 1923. One of the most important voices in the revival of Irish literature, signed works by Yeats are now difficult to find.
