[x], 100pp. A bright and tight copy in near Fine condition. A classic from the memoirs of the Great War, originally published in 1917. Copies of this edition are apparently signed to the title page, but since the author died in 1917 this is a very good facsimile signature. When first published in Canada this book was subtitled - How a Fighting Canadian Won the Thanks of Britain's King. (The author was from Kentucky but was a volunteer in the Canadian Expeditionary Force). Price:
